Common requirement

• Good English writing and speaking skills (Above 800 in TOEIC)
• Japanese speaking skill (only for the applicants concerned)

Clinical Research

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 3 year experience in a clinical research at the pharmaceutical industry and who possess clinical trial related knowledge

[Core competence]

• - Experience of working as a team member and ability to make an active contribution to the team’s performance and teamwork
• Prioritizes and multitasks to ensure that tasks are completed on time 
• - Self-motivated and displays initiative (resourceful) - for instance to move actions forward without the need for continual supervision
• - Knowledge of ICH/GCP
• - Communicate efficiently with Investigators and CRO to conduct clinical trial

Pharmacovigilance

• Bachelor's degree with ideally a minimum of 3 year experience in a Pharmacovigilance at the pharmaceutical industry in Korea, or equivalent combination of education and experience

[Core competence]

• - Experience of drug safety case processing/evaluation and communication with overseas/domestic partners
• - Rich skills in case processing using drug safety database
• - Ability to prepare documents of drug safety risk management plan

Regulatory Affairs

• Bachelor's degree with ideally a minimum of 3 year experience in a clinical research at the Regulatory affairs industry in Korea, or equivalent combination of education and experience

[Core competence]

• - Experience of IND, NDA/sNDA, handling of MFDS review and getting MA using multinational studies and/or bridging data as a regulatory person
• - Negotiate with MFDS reviewer in the NDA review process (To have an enough experience of negotiating with them)
• - Ability to plan a regulatory strategy for NDA, which is acceptable for MFDS, and join to make CDP
• - The person who can manage the regulatory consultant and/or CRO (regulatory part) appropriately
• - Knowledge of current regulatory trend in Korea (regulatory systems, laws, notifications)
